Does anyone have any experience with this certificate and if yes, what benefits does it bring?

I think in Korea there would be very few benefits.

Will it make you a busty blue-eyed blonde with a North American accent?

Effectively useless not because it's a PG Diploma, a PGCE can be better than a masters in certain situations. It's useless because it's a PGCEi, it's a money maker for universities that doesn't get you anything but a certificate that's below a masters without the added bonus of a teaching license (which is the real advantage of a PGCE). You'd be better doing an MA IN TESOL/Education, doing a real PGCE or paying for a sex change/lifetime supply of hair dye as indicated by the previous poster.
