Yes....only an April fool would take that job.

Wow... just wow. The school was even blacklisted in December 2014 for being awful.

And they will wait until April 1st to fill the job. That employer is not seriously looking to hire anyone. If they had sense they'd realise this. What they are doing is fishing around for some fantasy person. It might be like MTV's "Catfish," if the fantasy person appeared.
I recently saw a job advertised in Seoul and Busan. The salary was higher. But they wanted a female teacher ALREADY in Korea with an E-2 who could prove her visa status. I suspected that they weren't seriously looking for an employee either. There were other conditions as well.
