Does anyone know the earliest time you can pick your E2 visa up from Osaka and, roughly, how long it takes from the embassy to Osaka airport?

Some sites are saying you can pick it up by 13:30pm others by 16:00pm, it makes a big difference to me. I can find very little on Skyscanner that has a flight to Incheon anything later than 20:00pm.

I haven't done a run to Osaka in years but it used to be that you could get it at/after 14:00 and I have made it in time to catch a 17:00 flight back to ICN.

Yeah looks a close call, 35 minutes approximately from Namba to Kansai Airport. The flight out of there is actually 5.30pm.

I have been told that this over night service is no longer available and it can only be done within 3 days. Anyone care to clarify this. Thanks
