Has anyone filled out Advance Directives or a Living Will type of form here?
What is the process, or how can one let their wishes be known in regard to life support; etc?

Write it out and send it to your next of kin.
Then register with your embassy.
They will keep the NOK information on file.
If there is an issue your embassy would likely be the first to be notified by police and they will notify your NOK or emergency contact with information and to seek instructions.
