Hello,
I have a three year BA degree from a Canadian university. I have checked various sources for E-2 visa requirements but find inconsistent information. I have read that 3 year degrees are accepted, I have also read that you must have a 4 year BA.
Can anyone confirm whether a 3 year BA from a Canadian university will be accepted? Korean immigration will not provide a definitive answer. I was told it shouldn't be a problem but no confirmation.
Thanks! |

I have a 3 year degree from a Quebec University. Worked from 1997 to 2009 without any problem. Got a Masters at that point, so my specs changed. |

4 Year B.A. is more of an American term for having a degree from an accredited university. My program was also done in 3 years. |
