I have received E2 visas before, but never from a country I did not reside in. I am going to get my E2 in Thailand. My question is, does Chiang Mai have a consulate? I know they have an honorary consulate, but can I get a visa there? And for sure Bangkok I can. Since this is not my 1st E2, could I mail my passport to the consulate instead of going there in person? I know for the consulate I used to get E2's from I could.
