I'm looking for a realtor/부동산 in Chuncheon for a friend who speaks no Korean, so they would have to be English friendly.

You really need to hit a bunch of realtors in the target neighborhood as different places can have different listings.
Shouldn't be too difficult to get a Korean co-worker or friend to help out. |
