I'm looking at jobs for my wife and I, but know little about couple positions. Are these roles for two jobs at the same hogwan, eg: x2 2.5million won a month? Are the hours of work identical, or is it a split shift situation? If someone could explain this to me, I would much appreciate it.

The school advertising such a position often tries to fill it as it's two birds with one stone. That is, two teachers living in one place. Most teachers nowadays insist on a single accommodation.

Depends on the school, but the amount of hours each of you teach will be the same for the same amount of money (some places could pay more to the better-qualified of more experienced of the two). That doesn't mean your schedules will be the same though...which can be good as being together at work and home may be trying for some couples

Check the apartment, contract clauses, and the like.

The only couple positions I've seen have been at religiously affiliated institutes, and the jobs have sucked.

Married, it makes more sense to take jobs at different places, preferably one with a housing allowance and one that provides housing.
