I've gained about ten kilos!! yes. i use to be a size 28 (jeans) now I can't even fit inot any of the clothing i brought with me.
I went pants shopping this weekend and found I couldn't even fit into a size30!!! I haven't exactly been lazy I've been going to the gym so I have no idea where all this weight is coming from. At this rate they will have to roll me off the plane. |
well you need to change your workout routine.. the one you have now is not cutting fat.. so you need to change it completely to see results..
try to double up on cardio. do twice intense cardio workouts..
tae bo.. or step.. something that is intense. and do tread and stepper everyday you there... at least for an hour.. try 20 minutes before workout then do low weights with higher reps.. then finish with fast thread 40 minutes run.. or 20/20 with bike or stepper.. ..
you will watch those kilos roll off like butter in 2 months...
trust me after summer you will be back in your jeans!!
ohhh yeah.. and dont be ordering pizza soon as you get home from the gym!! eat the carbs in the morning and afternoon.. or before workout.
no bread, no rice, pasta after workouts.. try this you see what happens.. |

really I'm not that upset about the whole thing. I was really underweight for my size (115lbs 167 cm). It just the first time I have really actually gained weight in my life. I do realize its the two to four cups of rice I eat everyday and the beer.
Beside my girlfriend tells me she likes my new bum |

I weigh about 65 or 66 Kilos. I'm 180cm, so that's pretty skinny.
The reason: damned if I know. I eat a lot, and it's mostly high-calorie crap (no, not real crap, funnybones). Every few weeks I'll find I've put on a few kilos and tell myself (me: "self...") it's time to start eating right; then, the next week, I'll drop two or three kilos and start worrying that I have a tapeworm or something.
My metabolism is freaky.

I'm in your boat.
188cm and 70kg.
I managed to get up to 75 during a nine week vacation and some ice cream, but I'm down to 70 again.
Muscle seems to build quickly on me, but I hate lifting. I prefer running.
Korea seems to make me a little fatter, emphasis on little. I think the healthy diet (high in vegetables) allows my body to use it's energy better. |

I have the opposite problem. Ever since I moved to the States, y'all, all the high-calorie, high-fat food -- which here is so ubiquitous -- that I eat goes straight to my chest.
I sometimes feel as though I have a iron dingy around my chest. It really does a number on my lower back. |

i've gained about 5kilos since I've been here but I'm still no where near fat.
About 175cm. and 75kilograms and pretty much in the right places which is good. i need to tone up a bit again though. |

| i packed on a bit since ive been here. Ive always been a pretty physical guy and pre korea was looking good at round 96-98 kg's but after 6 months of debauchery ive got a bit of work to do. Sweet as though, my motto has always been GO HARD, i can be lazy at times but then it gets to the point where it's like .....CLICK...."sort it out dude"...so no worrys, in a couple of months i'll be back to my good old self. |

Dude (and I mean that wholeheartedly),
Welcome to the real World! A place where people are not always just naturally fat. The foreign policy of the US ( and by defalut- the Canadians also) allows the citizens of those "lucky" Countries to eat as much as they like. This is of course (given human nature) exactly what they do and as we all know, over 70 % of 'North Americans' are what we refer to in slang terms as "fat ass..s".
It comes as no suprise to me that you are loosing weight now that you are in the "Real World" (ie, outside North America". Embrace it. Buy those new jeans. Even take up an exercise in addition to watching NBA.
The World is your oyster.
[ Note: for those still realing from the "foreign policy" call, I refer of course to the ability of the US ( and Canada by default) to consume more than they produce year after year due to foreign policies which encourage and support regimes which allow them to profit from those other Countries, but eventially cause decay and resulting terrorism].

I am naturally built like a God and always have been.
No amount of self abuse seems to change that.
Sick isnt it? |
