try in itaewon, but i personally don't like the shoes here. oh, dongdaemun (sp) market, or myeong-dong (good shopping there), i wear a size nine (i think that's a size 260) and i found dressy shoes there.
when you say nice, what are you looking for exactly? it's not my style, but around ewha women's uni, there are lots of stores with girlie shoes... |

more like some strappy night time sandal type things.. |

Saw a western girl wearing some of the sexy shoes the Korean girls do, and I was suddenly attracted...
Spike Lee was right....
