The main train station in Fukuoka is called JR Hakata, so if you want to find fares to other cities, you should type in Hakata, not Fukuoka. The bullet train from Hakata station (in Fukuoka city) to Hiroshima takes about an hour and a half and costs about 9000 yen.

Has anyone ever take the ferry from Busan to Hiroshima? All I know is that it leaves 3 times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri).
