I'm not sure that Ali Baba's in Itaewon does take out, but they do make some damned fine hummus, and it's worth asking about.

their humus is okay if theres nothing else available. the absence of tahini in their humus is tangible and disappointing. tahini is the secret ingredient

My grandmother loves tahini and got me on the stuff, I use it as a sunstitute for butter and it tastes good.

So I can see if my grandmother can give her tahini recipe to me(she makes it herself) because it is good stuff.

Tahini is fairly easy to make, provided you have a food processor. I don't have an exact link here, but Google "tahini recipes" and you'll find it.

Ahhhhh. Awesome? It's alright but nothing special. I've never found good hummus in Korea. Passable ones and a couple really shit ones but nothing great.
