I'm going to Seoul next week and I'm in the market for a DVD burner. Anyone know what they sell for at Yonsan?
I buy my stuff at home from www.canadacomputers.com (it's super cheap there). An 8x burner is 184$ CDN through them. I'm sure they will be charging more in Korea and without warranty etc...
Any hints? |

| 4x and 8x external usb dvd burners will run you 150,000 - 275,000 or so and run right there in the middle for the most part. I bought the Plextor PX-504UF (4x External USB) for 225,000 around 3 months ago and the prices are about the same (as of 2 weekends ago) .... do your shopping and note where the best deal is |

I recently purchased a NuTech HDW-081 (8x) external burner for 210,000 at Yongsan.
And do check danawa first. |

186,000w is not bad for an external 8x DVD+/-RW burner. I'm not sure you can do much better than that in person in Yongsan. |
