just a thought. just so you know i suck at it. it makes my mom cry because we're related to rocket richard.

I speak reasonable French, having worked (and drunk) in it for 15 years or so. There is quite a large French community here - a post on the Korea Herald forum might find some more.

I'm not quite fluent, but I've studied it for a couple years at university and I love it. I'd love to talk with some other Frenchies sometime.

My French is as good as my English and I would love to meet with people who want to speak it. I only get to speak it twice a week when I talk to my parents and sister. I am near Daejeon but do get up to Seoul pretty often. PM me and we can arrange something.

a bientot!

Last time I went to Iteawon I found a French bar calle Salute (I think), there was some sort of party going on there (something about a new book) but I met a few native French speakers so it could be worth checking out. From memory it was on that street behind the hotel, the one with a few Indian/Pakistani restaurants.

I had no idea. Maybe we could arrange a Dave's get-together there for French speakers. Quel penses-tu?

I studied French a lot, but I mostly understand more than I can speak and write. I need a terrible amount of brushing up. Nonetheless, I'd be in for something I suppose.

Encore pire a entendre Wink
