Nowhere.

You'll have to try and get the ingredients and make it yourself... Or start eating kimchee

If you come across a Gout de Paris (or maybe it's Gout de France) franchise in a food court in Tongdaemun, and you see a big poster advertising poutine there, do NOT be fooled- they serve fries covered in melted processed cheese and bbq sauce.

That would have been an acceptable answer.

Further to this - "Bud the Spud", a Halifax summer institution, reportedly going to open up location(s) in Seoul, according to CBC Radio's "Radio Noon". No word on poutine.

Yes, going to be a truck. Also, I can confirm it will offer poutine. This was confirmed in a CBC radio interview a week or so ago. Koreans are apparently working with Mr. Spud. They're aiming to launch it this summer. This is all from my family back home, who heard the interview.

That is so wicked! I remember my uni. town had a moving chip truck. It would roam from spot to spot different nights. Delicious. I like the Hali one too.
