Try adventure korea bar in hwajong or dont go in jeongbalsan la festa, two good expat bars in the area.

I've heard good things about Ilsan. Can anyone who lives there brief me on some details?
-foreigner bars?
-entertainment?
-proximity to Seoul (ie. Hongdae, Jongno)?
-shopping?
-parks?
I might do my job search on the ground next time and Ilsan sounds like a good spot from what I've heard. Can anyone testify???
