Hey...
I generally play on Truepoker or Pokerroom, but nothing beats a real game. My handle on those sites is Ichabod.
If anyone is interested I have a good location, a suitable table (we usually lay a felt cover over it), and actual chips, but the game would have to be held 45 minutes south of Seoul and preferably on a Friday night starting at 9.
Any takers? |

Just to bring this back up to the top of the list...
Like I posted before, I could host a game this Friday or maybe Saturday. Friday would be better for me. The game would have to be in Anseong. We have a good table and chips. All we are lacking is enough players. Someone has mentioned a possible game this weekend in Seoul. I am not ruling out that game, but playing in public is dicy. A house game would be better. Please keep me up to date on the Seoul game.
A few months back some friends and I were playing Euchre on the train to Pusan and we were told by one of the ushers that we were not allowed to play cards in public. How screwy is that? The usher even threatened to kick us off the train at the next stop! We weren't being loud or obnoxious. We were just quietly playing a card game. Hell, we weren't even gambling.
It seems as though most players prefer Texas Hold em. That would be fine with me, but we should get a minimum of eight players for this. Perhaps I could even train a dealer if everyone was willing to pay them a couple bucks every hour or so. I used to deal the game myself.
Cheers... |

I'd be up for this, friday would suit me best as well. Which subway stop is nearest to you. Let me know if this game gets off the ground.

| Actually you would have to take a bus from Nambu Station to Anseong...roughly 50 minutes. |

Okay, here's the current state of the upcoming game.
I've started a list and we have a date. A few guys have said they will come down for a game on Saturday June the 19th.
If you're interested in playing, send me a message.
