There is very little recourse, you can't wait a month anyway because once your E2 expires you have your 14 days. Don't mess about with him, get loud and rude at the school when the students are around. Best of luck.  |

We're back in the US for two weeks, then we'll head back to Korea and apply for my F-2-1 visa. There's not a lot I can do about the bonus at this point, since we'll get back one week before he said he'd pay the bonus. We've already called the labor board, but I guess sitting this one out until then is the only way we can go. If he decides not to pay, then we'll have to take some action.
Excuse me if I don't post the name of the school quite yet. We've been in contact with the labor board, and I want to avoid any possible problems in case this whole thing turns nasty. |
