I would recommend getting the best one to suit your needs as far as size goes....1GB+ are obviously mose expensive. They range from 16MB to 1.5+GB.

There are also portable disk drives that look like an iPod out there with sizes upwards of 30GB. These are of course much bigger than the 'pen' type USB devices...it won't fit comfortably in your pant's pocket. They also are actually a mechanical drive and not near as durable as flash memory.

Of course, you want USB 2.0, which is backwards compatible for older machines, like you may find at your job Wink

This one is worth looking into. Kingmax make great memory products:

1GB: http://www.danawa.co.kr/comindex_right.php3?kindc=COM&typec=FMEM&codec=KINGMAXUSB01NEO20

512MB: http://www.danawa.co.kr/comindex_right.php3?kindc=COM&typec=FMEM&codec=KINGMAXUSB0512NEO20

256MB: http://www.danawa.co.kr/comindex_right.php3?kindc=COM&typec=FMEM&codec=KINGMAXUSB0256NEO20

Kingmax site: http://www.kingmax.com/product/pro_pen02_ba.htm (the 1GB isn't listed, but has all of the same features as the others, just more memory.)

I wouldn't bother going much smaller than 256MB. This size is cheap and functional for many file types. Of course, with 1GB, you could put an entire DivX movie on it (and more) and take it anywhere you want to watch it.

Check the other products on the "" link at the top of http://www.danawa.co.kr I am just copying the links from that page.

If you want reviews, just google "USB flash memory storage device review" or something.

Just get an external IDE hard drive. Choose whatever size drive you want after that.
