there has been a lot of talk about accessing korean blogs and how their ISP\'s have been blocked. i found the way round that was to use a proxy page like http://www.unipeak.com to view the only blog i ever read - that of blind willy...
but..... as of yesterday morning i have been unable to access this forum either..... except via the unipeak proxy...
what is going on???
anyone else having trouble???
my ISP is KT... i am currently living in a hotel and my access is via a cable router. |
