No, it is 4. . Can you see the 4 in there and the two - and the zero?

Maybe you have to be 8. Very Happy

I don't know if you really have to be 8, some of these diarrhea verses are still making me laugh now.

I think the title of this thread is misleading. It seems to indicate that only kids are obsessed with ddong.

I think this thread has proven that wrong! Laughing

actually you just got me into trouble, I was in a meeting here at the airport with some stern faced ajossi's- they asked me a question but I wasn't paying attention because I was too busy trying to doodle 4--0 properly.

It didn't matter too much though, when I looked at all their pads they were drawing big piles with flies buzzing round them.

Yup Korean are pretty big fecalfeliacs.

Do not forget the childrens books about everybody poos. Full of interesting pictures of Dog Dung and Cow Dung and Elepant Dung.

Heck I think Lotte World has a dung Museum. A Museum.

Dongshim. And stricking fingers in bottoms. The almost daily question of comment about dung. Do do you like DDONG. Or hahah I just spelled dddung on the black board.

Then there are the pictures of poo everywhere from comics to on pencils and shirts here in Korea. Yesterday I saw a poster on the windows of the Seven Eleven of a pile of Bananas arranged like a pile of DUNG. And not a small poster.

Maybe the ever present picture of dung is a National Symbol of Korea like the Taeguki. Korea is a big steaming fly ridden pile of .....

It disgusts and annoys me intensely. Always has, when people think poo is an amusing topic of conversation. Its like guys who think farting is the greatest joke out. Or the usual degrading and juvenile male conversations about sex, highlighted with the coarsest and lowliest of language. Its all so pathetic and childish.
I suppose you have to excuse a load of hagwon kids being obssessed with s*it, but an entire nation? come on. Its just stupid: and shows a complete lack of imagination, refinement, maturity, or just about any other sentient human faculty.

i dunno...i think it's alright to be able to talk about it in a light manner. better than being embarrassed about it or something. i mean, everyone poops (hee hee!)...why not find some humor in it?

maybe i just haven't been here long enough to be annoyed with it. but it's cool that, if a kid comes back to class after being gone to the bathroom a long time, that he can laugh along with the rest of the class. they all say, "did you poop?" (giggle, giggle) he says, "yeah, i did." (giggle) and then class moves on just fine.

better than the kids making fun of each other, anyway.

They are defintely well preoccupied with and and .......and several other hygiene issues.

i have no idea why.

OK. So dandruff and sweat b.o. come up a bit in the west too. But in Korea, man it's an obsession --- and they still have no deodorant! I can't understand that. The stuff covers my stink up pretty good! Wink
