I just concocted a "certificate of academic degree completion" out of the language from my offical letter of graduation that was previously rejected by the office of Korean immigration. I ran around the school getting signatures, official seals, then to the Korean consulate, then DHLed it to my employer.
Just in case I need to resubmit this document (I just graduated and won't receive my diploma for another month--2, too late)--Does anyone know the exact language that needs to be on a "certificate of academic degree completion?"
No one seems to know: the Korean consulate in SF, my employers...etc.
If anyone has been through this process with a certificate and not a diploma--please let me know!!!
thanks,

I read a letter saying you're were going to graduate at X time is not good enough, no matter how many official seals. They only recognize the paper diploma. But, you know, who knows. |
