|
|
To me and many others like me.....
Why does a person's job make a difference whether to date them or not?
I have seen too many instances when a soldier would be picked over than a teacher~~Hands down!!!
Why is that???
What do they have that many other people don't have?
I would like to know from other foreign woman teachers as to get an equal prespective on the subject.
But...from what I've seen, alot of soldiers are being chosen over teachers and I would like to know exactly....what could be the reason?
Is it because they seem MORE simple then the average teacher?
Do they offer more benefit than the average teacher?
They give a better vibe than what is given off by their male counterparts?
Any answer at this point would be greatfully appreciated.....

Well, if you're talking U.S. military, they get awesome benefits. Did you know that plastic surgery is now free for the U.S. military and their dependents? This includes nose jobs and booby implants!!! All on the taxpayers dollar. |

It's hardly the first thing that I think about when it comes to who to date, but I will say that the men I've met who treat women really respectfully here are almost always GIs.
That said, I suspect in some cases PX access has something to do with it as well. |

Oh, that is good. And U.S. soldiers can ship things back to the states for U.S. domestic rates too. It might not be a bad idea to date a soldier right before leaving Korea. |

The PX has nothing to do with it for me. I rarely go on base and I only date GI's. Why? They treat me like a princess (most of the time) and they are big , buff and hot.
No need to troll and dis the male english teacher.... but im sure they will troll any minute. 3.....2......1....... |

It's got to be just a case of simple preference, and that maybe you've just had a streak of bad luck in meeting someone who wants to date you.
Maybe for me, it's cause I lived in the Jeolla province for the past two years before moving up closer to Seoul, but I've never really considered dating a military guy. I mean, the perks one can supposedly get by dating a GI are good, but it's not everything.
Call me crazy! |

| Personally, the majority of young military I have met here have been fairly obnoxious. (Not saying that I'm not, but..) The older, longer term military I have met are generally much nicer and seem to have a lot more stability of character and some sympathy with the country in which they are living. |

No.
While I'm not buff, I have had to get new white dress shirts, because as I have been rowing and doing shoulder exercises, my top button is too tight-that's a good thing.
And I think you know how I would treat you! |
