Has anyone ever used these travel agents before? I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with them. Would you recommend them?

ive used Marco Polo for the last three trips i booked. Marco is a really nice guy, and genuinely cares that you have a comfortable and hassle free trip.
Im living in a different town now, so my next vacation is through a local... but i miss Marco. |

| I've booked through Marco Polo in Itaewon a couple of times & they seemed like a pretty good outfit. |
