Ok finally got things sorted out, and the tax issue kinda sorted, but now I got another question, when calculating serverance pay, I've read that you calculate on the previous three mths salary, now does this mean that I include all the overtime that I've done? If so that would be really really nice!!  |

Yes. All overtime is included. Also, if you were paid a housing allowance. Basically, all monetary compensation.
Average wages is defined in Article 19 of the Labor Standards Act. |

The English version can be found on the third page of this site. One of my friends is looking for the Korean version for me. I suspect that there are some illuminating differences. |
