Not the US show.

I'm fully hooked on tghis Korea drama.
I think it is the first one I've ever half liked. What helps is the lovely lady, Son Hye Kyo who is in my new avatar is in the show plus the language and concepts are super easy.

I'm turning Korean, I'm turning Korean, I really think so Very Happy

And yes, i know this isn't the soompi forum. Smile

Let me guess the plot: Girl likes guy, guy likes girl. Girl can't tell guy, guy can't tell girl. Guy and girl play a game of cat and mouse during 13 episodes until they finally have the courage to declare their love for each other. Am I right?

you forgot about all the crazy social hijinx that result from the escalation of some simple misunderstandings that could have been easily avoided if somebody in this damn country just said what they actually thought. other than that, you got it!

I really like this show. speaks slowly, so he really helps me to study Korean and he helps me to get the Korean male accent. I wish I could have all those clothes he has. If you have missed the show, you can download it.

The only Korean drama I followed from beginning to end was "To Mom and Daughter" (ߴ) in 2000. It was pretty good; a lot better than hokey US serial dramas. I like how most Korean dramas run for several months and actually have an ending. Of course, if the drama is popular, the show's producers will rewrite the plot to extend the story and keep up the ratings -- and usually end up screwing up a pretty good story in the process -- but it's always nice to have a show that one can watch and digest in a few months.

I read the OP, but I just couldn't resist...

Is there a Joey Ajossi and a Jesse Ajossi?

nah, the characters that like eachother have basically told each other that.

it's more like....guy likes girl, guy proposes to girl, girl says no, girl likes another guy.
guy goes to girl 2 and makes a fake marriage with her.
girl confesses to other guy, other guy doesn't like her.
other guy goes after girl 2.
girl gets jealous of girl 2 and tries to get guy back.

very funny. i like it Cool

i wasn't so into BI before the drama, but now....wooo~~~ Embarassed
if only his clothing wasn't freaking...freaky! Mad

nothing wrong with soompi, where's the love?

ha ha ha...don't forget the two baby twins.
Whatever happened to the actors on that show anyway???

Except for the two twins, everyone else seems to have just vanished into sitcom heaven.

Both are just usher rip-offs.

John Stamos (Uncle Jesse, I think) is married to one of the most beautiful women on the planet.

Dave Coulier was made infamous by the Alanis Morisette song 'You Outta Know'.

As for the rest, I know not.

Stamos also does commercials for some long distance discount number. He's getting as annoying at Carrot Top in those commercials.

Candace Cameron ("DJ") has made a career out of making god awful movies for the Lifetime Network...

The girl that played Kimmy Gibbler did some porn movies or something like that...

The others are gone.

I believe that is true, unfortunately for him.

But what's this about the big goofy guy and Alanis?

And whatEVER happened to Bob Saget?
