I see. The ship is sinking and it's time to jump off. Just get a release and be done with her then. Ask her for it first, if she waffles, contact the labor board about the contract violation and force her hand. And as Prosodic said, make sure that it's the Labor Board that you are talking to. Not Immigration. Big difference. Immigration has nothing to do with your situation at the moment. Not until you get a LOR.

If she's broke she might agree to giving you a release rather than have you report her. There may be other complications for her if you do that. You may be able to negotiate a release from her.
