In typical Korean fashion, most Korean ISPs seem to have lifted the blog ban on the sites with big named backers a couple weeks ago (eg, google's blogsite). However, Livejournal seemed to be the red headed step child (or the half Korean half white/black grandchild as the case may be in Korea). I heard reports in the last few days that some ISPs finally got around to lifting their block of Livejournal. KT's megapass, unfortunately, seemed to keep the ban alive.
But it seems like the ban has been lifted in total now on KT. Just tried it now.
