| It's every month for me, but Lemon had a trick that's worked great for me. If your report cards are printed by computer rather than written by hand keep a Word file of gender-neutral stock sentences that you'll use again and again, and copy/paste as needed every month. It's cut my report card writing time in half. |

Good Advice!
I thought I was the cut and past master! But stock gender neutral sentences... Right on!
I do report cards bi-monthly. The parents of 95% of the students don't understand the paragraph of "false praise" I'm expected to right.
The parents must sign the report card (which can't have more than one good compared to very good and excellent) and send it back to the Hogwan.
Then I throw it in a stack with it's brothers and all the report card i didn't hand out in the first place. Time totally Wasted: approx 2hrs. |
