For all the teachers at this training center and anyone willing to offer their opinion.
Is it appropriate to have something like this, "Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance" in a training manual?
I think it's a bit strange, although I do agree with the concept.
Thoughts? |

The last full day of training was hectic and draining but everyone managed to survive.
At the end of the day we had a dinner party that was somewhat entertaining. The portable norae machine was locked and loaded ready to rock. The first to take the mic was none other than the famous Ric Flair look alike and the Elvis impersonator.
A few others sang a few tunes and then we ran out of beer and everyone scattered.
The final half day we had the opportunity to meet all the chiefs in charge of the whole program. They seemed nice and we had a Q & A with them.
Everyone had a chance to meet there Korean co-teachers and then we headed off to our respective schools.
All in all, it turned out to be a good training program, although geared more towards new inexperienced teachers. Surprisingly, most of the teachers at the training were experienced vets.
Best of luck to all the teachers in the new GEPIK program! |
