I haven't seen a single gym thus far at Sunae Plaza, and now that intensives are over, I want to get back into the gym. Does anyone in the area have a good one to recommend? My main concern is that the place has plenty of freeweights, benches (including incline and decline), and machines of course. I don't care about treadmills; that's what the bicycle's for.
Cheers. |

The one on 5th floor of Royal Palace doesn't have enough free weights for ya, eh?
I'm a fan of those too, but I make due down there. They've got one machine you can do squats, bench, etc., on with Free weights. Although it's not entirely "free", as the bar travels along some metal guides.
It costs me 20,000 a month to join, although it does leave a lot to be desired. |
