I've been in Bundang (Sunae area)for about 6 months and I usually eat at the same few places.
Any good places to eat in the area? i usually eat at Jun California rolls.
can't stand corral, and ban ban is over priced with mediocre food. |

What are you looking to eat? There's a lot of little kalbi/samgyeopsal shops littering the area. Also several Japanese shops on your side. There's even a microbrewery around here. Not a lot of western food to offer in the immediate area, but I did see an Outback at Migeum and there's a Pizza Hut just over in Jeongja, and a couple of Popeye's not far away. |

I love Java City... I go there every day.
In Sunae there is a small Korean restaurant across the street from Sunae High School next to a stationary store that I love. It is next door to a stationary store, and they have the best kimchi I have had an a local restaurant. A more expensive place is the tuna place around the corner from BHC. It is nonstop food, for as long as you can take it, and only about 15000 won. Tastes good, too. |

Up just a half a kilo. east of Yatap Station is this Bosot ((Mushroom) Kalbi jib. It is phenomenal! Three types of mushroom and awesome beef! The price isn't too bad. I love it there! |

Bundang, not exactly a culinary heaven then I gather. Still it's hardly alone there. |

There's a Carne Station near Seohyeon....exit 5, gate 5, walk left at the McDonalds and then when you reach the Poonglim "I Want'" Building turn left again and walk for about 3 minutes. All told from the station it takes 8 or 9 minutes to reach.
I've never eaten at Carne Station, but have heard it's good.
Any folks up to try it out?
Cheers,

Carnae Station is all you can eat, all you can drink for a flat fee. Last time I went to one it was like 22,000. The food isn't anything spectacular, but it is edible, and you don't notice after you start hitting the liquor selection.
Didn't know that there was one at Seohyeon...may have to hit it up sometime. |
