Bring out your dead...

You think these dogs are rendered into soup?

I wish my neighbor would make soup out of his dogs. He's got three and they all start barking almost every night at 3 am. Can the moron sleep through that? Sometimes I start hammering on his wall with a hammer. Maybe he sleeps through that too. Who puts three yappy dogs in an offictel and thinks he can live a peaceful life? Grrr.

Hi !

Is your neighbour living next to you, above you or below you? Have you tried asking your neighbour to control his mutts (muzzles for them)? Have you talked to the landlord or other neighbours? If you have and the neighbour has ignored any and all of your efforts then you should invest in a couple of basketballs and a dog whistle! Whenever the dogs bark, bounce them. Use the whistles during the day when the dogs are probably napping. Bounce the balls hard on the floor , the ceiling or walls (wherever your neighbour is living). Do this during the weekend as well, when your neighbour is sleeping. Maybe then, you might have some peace. Good luck!

Ahh, yes..the neighborhood dog buyer...Korea's pawn broker. I wonder if Koreans can include their pet dog's estimated value when calculating their household net worth before declaring bankruptcy.

About the dogs in the officetel
Check whether they are prohibited as they often are. At our apartment the fine is 5 million, however it is usually not enforced unless a neighbor complains.

I had it out with my neighbor about his dog, and told him to get rid of it, get it de-voiced or to eat it, either way I wasn't going to put up with the little mutt yelping everytime I approached my front door. I have only heard it a couple of times since so maybe he got the message. I'll have no compunction about confronting him again if it annoys me.
If the problem persists I'll let the apartment authorities deal with it.
