Man. That means they will own you lock, stock, and barrel! What do you mean by "not supposed to involve split shifts or Saturdays"? Is that what they told you? Does it actually say that in the contract? A lot of employers will say anything to get your signature on the agreement.
Grey areas in contracts almost always benefit the employer at the employee's expense. Get it clarified.

the last 3 times i was looking for a job i got an offer from them. maybe it's just a coincidence but it seems like they're always looking. i'd be careful with them.
