And does today's warmer blue sky weather irk you a bit too?
I would've gone to beaches more while travelling the province. |

Did you go to Kyongju, like you said you'd planned?
I used the md'er on the beach the first two days. Then pitched and worked on boomerangs. Got used to the 'new' motorbike, 750 Virago. Be good to get back to the haggie/chortling kidfolk. |

I don't know what to tell you -- I myself saw a complete English-language notice prominently displayed several times well before the suspension of service. |

I have today an tomorrow off since my bosses are off on a business trip to Canada (they send kids to studty and homestay in Canada and make money off it somehow)
During Chuseok I went to the gf's grandmother's farm near Jeungeup in the boonies of Cholla. Got to drink a lot of soju, participate in the eating of a whole roast pig and spend a day hiking in the beautiful (and virtually empty) mountains of Naejangsan National Park.
Good times. |

I went to Chejudo with some friends. There were no plane tickets going to Cheju, so I had to go via rail and ferry, but it was still fun. I feasted on Poop Pig, saw the folk villages of Cheju, the "ghost road" where stuff rolls uphill, and bicycled around Udo (small island off the coast of Cheju). Despite the lack of tickets, the tourist attractions were surprisingly uncrowded. It was a bit cloudy, but otherwise a blast. I can't wait to go again. |
