Hey, the first time I went was with six other white girls. As a group the Koreans were blinded by our fishbelly whiteness and didn't notice anything else. Very Happy

Well that's what's awkward you know, you're taking pictures of the various equipment and suddenly you have to zoom out and it's like

"Oh, oh hi, I was just *ahem*. So what part of Canada are you from?"

Who cares? Why should it bother you? If anything it's just someone else for the Koreans to stare at and take a bit of the heat off you.

There was only one time I ran into one of my students, but it was one of my little girls, not little boys. Unless you were teaching really really young children (around 4 or 5 years old) I don't think you would see one of your students, because the only little boys I've seen have been around that age or younger. Besides, there are so many saunas to go to, the chances of me running into someone I know is very slim.

As far as meeting other foriegners, I can't say that's ever happened. Other then the the foriegners that I would go with, I've only seen Koreans. But I don't think it would that strange if I did.
