Where? On top of my head? Laughing

But, yes, I still think my idea about having a code word in the subject heading is a good idea to help you to keep the students mail from being confused with junk mail.

As for the boss having the password, now I do agree with Van. I was not thinking about students sending something inappropriate, so this could prevent them from doing it.

Well thanks for all the replies so far...to be honest I had no idea that I might have problems receiving mail to a Hotmail account, so that's something else I've learned. I fully intended to set up a new account specifically for the students anyway, but I guess (unless anyone can recommend a particular alternative) I'll look into setting up a Hanmail account.
