Carnae Station is all you can eat, all you can drink for a flat fee. Last time I went to one it was like 22,000. The food isn't anything spectacular, but it is edible, and you don't notice after you start hitting the liquor selection.
Didn't know that there was one at Seohyeon...may have to hit it up sometime. |
The unlimited liquor alone is work 22k won...... |

been itchin to try that indian place by bennigans, will have to give it a go.
TEX/MEX in Sunae is, decent recommend the chili chicken burritos, but not the calzone. you get 2 burritos for 9,000.
Pho More the Thai Vietnamese place behind Samsun Plaza was bunk. Disappointed to say the least. |

Tex/Mex??? Where? Precise directions please. I must test them out.
Speaking of bunk Vietnamese, you may want to be wary of the Pho place in Sunae Plaza. I actually thought it was okay (but overpriced), whereas the guys I was with were all like "..."
Where's Bennigan's and TGIF in Samsung? At the plaza? Near the I Want building? |

And while you're out enjoying your meal, you can take comfort in knowing that someone is rummaging through your personal effects back in your pad. |

Ryst Helmut, no doubt.
Will look for TexMex at an undisclosed time to make it more difficult for would-be-thieves. |

The Papa John's in Seohyeon is near "The Hasty Pudding Club"
The one in Ori is around the corner from the subway station and across from the Wa Bar...near the Subway Sandwiches restaurant.
In the basement of a building in Migeum there is THE WICKEDEST burrito place...these people make 'em like we'd expect 'em back home...
If you are at Migeum Stn, go out exit 3. walk straight. Look for the building on your right that has the Joicos hair place on the second floor. There are doors into the building at either end...but there is also a door half-way along that looks out of place (sort of rounded out). There are usually tons of ads for a PC room...head down the stairs. You'll see the sign for the burrito place as you descend. The place should be right there.
Now...they don't have much variety, but you can get a chicken burrito, a beef one or a crab and salad one. They usually also include sour cream on the side...
Papa John's # for delivery: 1577-8080
Burritos # for delivery: 719-KISS
...Enjoy... |

In Migeum there is TGI, Outback and Sizzler. Sizzler is across the street from TGI and Outback.
In Migeum there is also a very expensive italian restaurant just down the road on the same side as the sizzler. The food is excellent, but pricey. Its all course meals, the cheapest 5 course meal being 50,000. A good place to bring a date if you can afford it. Its called "Bella" something. Green and red sign.
For those knocking the O.K. Corral in Sunae, have you eaten anything other than the buffet? The buffet sucks but the half-rib and an-shim (Steak fillet) combo is amazing. Plus if you order any of the menu items the buffet is included.
Sketches in Sunae plaza made pretty good pasta and pizza. Really western style and you get to choose all your own ingredients. Good appetizers too.
If you want excellent Japanese/Korean speciality food, you need to go all the way up to the KT Headquarters next to E-mart in Jeongja. There is a restaurant district up there that features pretty much everything to cater to all the big spending KT ajosshis. |

This place is next on my list to assassinate. I tried TexMex and was quite let down. What kind of crappy burritos do people eat back home to call some of the crap I've went to try upon recommendation good? I'd like to hope that this burrito place you're talking about is good stuff, but I really doubt it. Will try it soon and find out.
Just goes to show, if you want a burrito done right, make it yourself. Buffet style all the way. |
