I haven't heard much directly (other then the stuff on the net). However, there is one really negative site out there that two Canadian woman put up bashing Wonderland. The funny thing is that I actually work with a Korean woman that was at that same school with the two woman.

She is my director and is very nice and easy to get along with. So, while I can't totaly say their stories were fabricated, I do have some doubts about them.

As far as hogwans that are franchised you have to be really careful. I worked at one up in Seoul and had a bad experience and then came down here and am working for a small independant school. I've been treated excellent by them. I have heard that some schools in a franchise are bad and others are good, it just depends on the owner.

I hope that helps.....

There have been a lot of bad postings about Wonderland. Each place is different but why take the chance.

If you're in-country, go and see it. My Wonderland is great and I wouldn't trade it for anything! If you're not in-country, contact the current teacher(s) and see how they feel. If they're cool, why not try it. Beware though, you will be teaching kindergarten and primary, so you might get split shifts.
