The only things I miss are marmite, a proper roast beef dinner with yorkshire puddings and a good soda bread breakfast (these two are only missed occasionaly after drinking too much on a saturday).
Luckily whenever I have a visitor from my company I get them to bring me marmite. So normally have a few jars floating round. |

If you're in Seoul, there's a deli in COEX that makes good hummus. |

HomePlus, E-Mart, Big Mart, and the department stores. Different things are available in different places, and what is available where changes often. I don't have the latest details, ask someone at KOTESOL or church or on the street or something... |

I used to crave hummus, too. Then I found a store that sells dry chickpeas and I was in business. Tahini isn't a problem. It's just crushed sesame seeds and a little oil. I make hummus about three times a month and munch it with ZEC crackers almost every night.
I used to miss gingerbread because I could never find molasses here. So I 'invented' it. I mix that really dark brown sugar with corn syrup. It does just fine. On cool fall evenings, few things beat the smell of gingerbread baking in the oven. Yum! |

| Yeah... The hardest thing is knowing where everything is, seeing though a lot of the stores swap and change things depending on the direction of the wind. |
