Eat more Korean food and stop stressing. My cousin teaches Nutrition at one of the top Canadian unis and he was telling that he found through research that eating hot peppers accelerates the metabolism, so it helps people lose weight.
Here's another idea: exercise! You'll be craving a lot less of junk food as you get healthier.

Sure, but don't forget: Everything is good in moderation.
I even saw a story on the news about some guy who ruined his digestive system because he had way too much fiber in his diet (you know, fiber is supposed to prevent colon cancer).

You say "It". Left me kind of confused. If you are referring to hot peppers I would like to see the research. If you are taking about the Korean diet, the particular problem seems to be the amount of salt they eat. Try to limit the salt in-take and it shouldn't be a problem.

Plus smoking and the amount of alcohol consumed here could also be a contributing factor... Smile

i've said it before, so i'll say it again. THE ATKIN'S DIET IS A LOAD OF DOG POO!!!!!!!

you need to eat a little of everything inorder to stay healthy. exercise 3-5 times a week for at leat 1/2 an hour and keep the booze to a minimal and you'll be healthy and trim.

i eat tons and tons tons of carbs, fruits and veggies and i am 5"4 and 110 pounds. i rollerblade and dance regularily. what makes more sense, eating fillet mingnon with bacon around it or a brown rice, broccoli and tofu stirfry???? you might want to eat the fillet, but it's sure not healthy!!!
