We are experiencing some difficulties differentiating between morning (cirricullum) and afternoon (extra-cirricullar) classes I think.

'Korean planning' is an oxymoron, right up there with 'Military intelligence'. It simply doesn't exist, and hence the last-minute, bali-bali stuff that goes on. I find the lack of communication to be especially frustrating. My FLI-Circus classes next week are cancelled, but I had to discover this information third-hand; first through rumor, second through innuendo, finally through some semblance of confirmation. This occurs all the time, even at the uni level. With this mind-set, Korea will never be the vaunted 'hub' of anywhere.
