| I have never experienced the water turned off in an entire city/suburb. I have had it cut off for a day in my apartment complex only when they flushed the pipes in each building. They really did do this, I saw the trucks. It happened about this time of year, on American Thanksgiving, presumably before the ondul heating season. |

| Best thing you can do is as you finish 1l bottles of pop or milk, fill them up with water and keep them under your sink. |
