Does Pagoda negotiate on their hourly wage etc.??

Does Pagoda negotiate on their hourly wage etc.??

They may give me an offer and I wonder if i should shoot back at them that i want to make more than 17000 WON per class. dont know though.

do they negotiate on the housing allowance?

I'm not sure, but I think Pagoda, like most big adult chains are pretty inflexible on negotiations.

I have no personal experience with Pagoda.
I actually had heard they were good in Japan but there are some pretty venomous threads around here about Pagoda in Seoul.

I don't know if you are a newbie but I would at least read through the threads before signing on with them. (I don't believe half of what I read here but at least someone can say they told you so afterwards. ) Smile

Pagoda have a fixed payment rate for everybody starting. It only varies if you have an MA or other extra qualifications. You might have a chance at getting a larger housing allowance though if you 'aggle.

If you can put up with the split shifts and dress code, Pagoda is one of the better chains to work for from my experience.
