Windows Media Player cannot access the file. Shocked

That's because you are clicking on the mms:// file. Try this instead:
find your asx file
right click and choose properties
in the dialogue that opens the URL should be highlighted
copy the URL (CTRL+C)
Open Win Media Player and choose Open URL from the FIle menu
paste in your URL and it should work fine
you can then add the playing stream to a playlist for future viewing
