I want to open a super smooth club that plays nothing but RnB ... black light, glass, crome, leather seats, and serve nothing but straight liquor and champaigne ...

My boss is a Korean-American with an F4 visa and she opened her own hogwan here last year. Seems to have worked out okay but sometimes she has a hard time with certain things (like getting health insurance for me) because for a while there neither she nor any of her employees were Korean citizens--I'm not sure why this was a problem, but it was. Also I don't know how good your Korean is but there'll be a lot of paperwork involved in starting a business and I doubt it'll be in English.

I want to open Beaver's Wings II, an English hagwon, or some combination of both.

Who wants to start a DDR arcade with me? Trust me. That craze is here to stay. It's never gonna go out of style.

Naw. It'd go bankrupt and the menu would read stupidly.
