Hi, can anyone explain to me what this means?
Apparently it's some sort of Korean Internet chatting language.

It refers to a Chinese character that resembles "meat and two veg", as our British friends say.

The best way to describe ö ���� 9 is to try a test on a Korean computer.

First, type ö, then press the ���� conversion key and then type 9.

The result will be ��.

And if you don't know what that symbol translates to in english, then just ask any hogwan brat. (And yes, it's intended usage is usually negative connotation, and not commonly used for emphasis like in 'I'm fucking hungry').

It's an indirect reference of F-U, just like when we hold up the bird and say 'how many fingers am I showing?'

Thanks for your answers was just about to let you all know after asking my last class for the day. "puck you".

The reasons why I asked was that I had a student coloring in a picture of an elephant and he wrote that on it.

Bear in mind I teach in a high school in Kangnam mostly to intelligent kids with a real zest for learning but I have a couple of dare I say it... MORONS in my classes that don't bring a pen to class, usually don't have their notebook, and little to no English ability. The reasons for their lack of ability is that they have constantly been weiners from Elementary school onwards and are destined to be apartment guards or PC room employees. Anyway I got sick and tired of one particular kid and told him that if he wants to act like a kindergarten kid then I will treat him like one.

The kids too much of a moron to think that he could get away with cursing me, but he has been punished and won't do it again. We have a teacher called �� �ٴ� (sorry if my korean is shite) which basically translates to SEA OF BLOOD teacher, for good reasons. I'm not cruel enough to send him to his certain doom but I'm not afraid to punish the kids in what I deem to be an appropriate manner (again )
