What is the penalty if F2 holders get "caught" (I consider this to be impossible) doing privates?

I think it's just a fine around the 1 million mark - they can't deport you on an F2.

I can't answer your question as I don't know, but do you know what the laws are on teaching in your own house?

A private is a private.

However, chances are the immigration police aren't going to bust down your door in time to catch money and English changing hands.

Since when has it been a crime to have Koreans and English books in your house at the same time?

I figure the best way to get around everything is to launder the money.
