Can someone please vouch for this travel agency Timemachine World Tour? Yes I've used the search option and the FAQ, but I couldn't find any actual recommendations by actual customers. Thanks in advance.

They were my travel agent of choice for 5 years, I used to use them constantly for airline tickets- they generally undercut everybody else- but never took any of their package tours. The last couple of times I went with them service seemed to be slipping... they had recently moved from Namdaemun to much more spacious offices behind the Sejong Art Centre- perhaps a change in ownership was involved? N.B.- My info is 2 years out of date.

I have used them for over six years as recently as Jan. 2004. No change in ownership, Mr Choi is great, his staff often not as knowledgeable or as good at English. You should always though suggest alternative routes or airlines, sometimes any travel agent forgets to check ALL the options.
