Is anyone going to yoga classes? I've been going to one in Mansu dong since I arrived three months ago. I'm finding it easy to copy the asanas but it would be really nice if I understood the instructor. Guess I've got to start studying hangul.

It would be nice to hear about other people's experiences studying yoga in Korea. It seems to be really popular over here, I've seen loads of posters and T.V. programs about hatha yoga.

Perfect stress buster to counteract the room full of ping pong balls teaching kids. Become a rubber band, rubber band man. I get rubbery just thinking about it.
